Best thing I did for myself is mealpreppen. When I started to work in the afternoon it took a lot of stress of me to plan my meals for my working days. I prep for 4 days. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. So when I am late from work my husband can easily start and I don't have to cook when I come home.
To stay consistent I always prep healthy meals for us. Big tip if you are tired and just eat what is available. Try to invest just two hours of cooking time and you have your meals ready when you need them.

Yes, I did M1W1D4 of the Dumbell Program. I supriced myself bij doing the 1,5 and 2 minute in a row jumping. Never done that before. The 1 minutes felt like doing 30 sec, not thinking about it and just being in your own rithm.
Loved it and looking forward to Day 5.

First JRD Dumbell workout in the pocket. With a new outfit, because the old one is to big now 😂

Two weeks of the 'sleigh the scale challenge' and I managed to do Day 1. For some reason my body is overloaded for several weeks now. I don't sleep well and struggle through the day. It's almost Christmas (I work in logistics of a mail company) so a lot of mail needs to be prepared for delivery this upcoming week's. Long working days aren't helping with that.
I see also a lot of you struggling with health issues. I'm taking a step back and starting over in the new year.

Yes, day 1 of the challenge done. I did 6 instead of 8 repeats, because of my fatigue last week. Just gradually building up again. But I am very pleased how today was going 💪😜

Pff, I had a very off week. Did my last JRD workout on Saturday. I was so low of energy last week that I couldn't finish the Power Plyo 😩 as planned.
My HRV is on his way back, so fingers crossed I can join the Challenge. Doing some Yoga in the meantime. 🤞
