I had a great workout this morning. Day 2 of Week 2 Plyo. After Monday where you have to jump 1 minute in a row I did two different workouts to rest my calf again. Did some triggerpoint massage on the calf which felt great.
My stamina increases so I can do daily workouts now. the aches and pains I experienced are almost gone. I am so great full 🙏

This was a tough session, but I am very proud that I completed it.
Not only my VO2MAX has increased, my fitness age has also decreased 💪.
On to a new productive week.

Today I am starting my new routine. My working hours changed to 11:00 pm so I have now time to do the workouts at the beginning of my day.
I am trying a new routine today. I woke up and made myself a nice Matcha latte and wrote for the first time in a 6 minute diary. After that I did the Plyo workout of week 1, day 5 (or day 4). Took a nice shower and finished with cold water. I had breakfast and a nice cup of coffee. Now I am ready for my day 💪

Not for the 100%, but I did the Day 2 of Plyo again yesterday. I had a two weeks break of a 'calf strain', and I have two weeks off from work. Last week we spend our time in a holiday home. I did some cycling, walking and swimming and most of the days yoga. But no HITT this last two weeks.
I feel ok, but I feel my calf again, so I need a good break between the jumping days. I think I have to start as a beginner again with the rest times.
Next week I start a new working schedule. I start late in the morning and I found out I can start my day with a good morning routine and workout. For me that's better, because when I work and then have the workout I am to tired 😩
Fingers crossed I can make a consistent come back!

We have an extended summer in the Netherlands. Kids to school and no tourist on the cycling paths 😉
So had a great time cycling before bedtime. The alarm is set to 5:30 am. 🫣

Day 2 was easy compared to yesterday's workout (day 1). I do feel my calf's, so go for a proper cool down this time 🫣 Hope I can do day 3 tomorrow, or I go cycling instead. Still nice weather here.
PS. You also need your 1/2 pound rope for this workout 😉

Wow, 1 minute interval is not funny 🤣
For someone who is used to do 30 seconds with a max of 45 seconds at the gym, this is heavy. Yeah I know, I'm spoiled. Great workout, but hard for a beginner. I did it 💪 Hope I can join tomorrow... 🫣

I had a resting day and used that time to clean up my garden. We have a extended summer here in the Netherlands, so why not use that to do the workouts outside.
I'm ready to start tomorrow with the new programme 🤗
