I don't have the best of luck 🥴 Hope I can sort it out with the supplier, because it's what I wanted. Small station for a small price. Maybe that's the problem here.

The holes are not on the right height on both sides, so the bar is not straight. Do you think it will be a problem? The right side is a little bit lower.

So I did M2W2D1 of JRD Max again. I couldn't do the 100 pushups. I thought I make a video of it. Assisted pushups still not completely in the right form I believe. Any tips for improvement are welcome 🤗

I skipped the jumping squats and lunches, because of the intensive legday yesterday.

Did a strenght training for the lower body today. It has been a while when I did a split squat from the bench. Today I noticed how much I improved on strength and balance. I only did the plyo program and the calisthenics program in the meanwhile. Really amazing how you get stronger with consistent training. How significant "small" the type of workout is 😜

Tomorrow is it JRD Max week 2 of month 2 again 💪

Slowly increasing my workout schedule. Still not on 5 days in a row, but the frequency is going up.

The challenge was the DU, but I tried them. I could do 4 or 5 in a row.
The EMOM was fun 😊

Did you know that you can save a lot of calories if you swap the butter for apple sauce?

I tried it and look at this perfect cake 🤗

Did a 10 minute jump rope workout with 100 pushups and 50 weighted squats and 50 single leg deadlifts. It was a productive workout 💪

For the pushups I used a technique I have seen on YouTube with I tip from Stephen Payne I did the #2 version. I used my strongest resistance band. In the beginning I thought this is way to easy. I could do 8 in a row in given time. O boy at the end they were much harder to do. So I keep this resistance band for a while. If I can do 100 in a set I change the resistance. This is exactly what I needed Stephen 🤗
