1:1:4 JRD Max done β
4 days in a row, I'm amazing myself. Did we do a Gauntlet in the Dumbell Program, because this one was insane. I can't remember it.

I used a resistance band for a modification of the chin-ups. Don't have a pull up bar or one close. I googled and there is one in the city. Maybe I can try it out when I am stronger in the future πͺ
Have a nice weekend all and doing the thing π

This is what happens
I am almost a member for 1 year now and have seen people come and go. It also happened with the challenge. Full enthousiasme you start and than life gets to you or you got injured and you bail out. I have in the beginning, but made a mayor mindshift. It's not about doing exactly what Dan is showing you. It's making it your own and gradually grow into it. It took me some time to realize that. From that moment everything changed. Because I stayed to it. Being consistent and doing the thing.
In January I did the full Dumbell Program and was surprised what this three months program did for me. Unfortunately I thought I should do more weight training with low intensity to improve. So I stopped jumping rope for three months. Now I am full back to it again and this is what happened:
My endurance and VO2max improved so much. I feel more flexible and have better sleep. I added walking to the daily activities and that also helps a lot.
Hope it's going to help you as well and keeps you to jumping rope πͺβ
