This one really hurts...a lot 😩

Going for 5 days in a row. I did 2:1, but now I go for 5:2. Meaning I will finish the challenge on Sunday 🤞wish me luck.
Next week I will start with JRD Max (I have decided) 😜

Nice breakfast idea
Oatflower pancake
✅ 5 tablespoons of oat flower
✅ 5 tablespoons milk of choise
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder
✅ 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
✅ 1 egg
✅ Salt (optional)
✅ 1 teaspoon coconut oil for baking
Topping: Skyre, berries, banana, maplesirop and coconut flakes
500 - 600 cal, 44 % carbs - 33 % fat - 23 % protein

Can add a new skill to my list with the feet X's ✅
Didn't want to do the workout, but I did ✅
I feel awesome and sweaty ✅
My endurance is climbing ✅
Now I go for a shower 😂🤣

W3D1 in the books! 👏 For everyone doing the kriscros and dubbele unders. I did some modifications for that. Still had a pretty awesome productive workout. New milestone for me. I did more Plyo Workouts than last year 💪 Also still on track with the week schedule. Thinking of doing the JRD Max after next week. Who is also starting in August?
