Power Cal W2D2 done!
Haven't worked out in a few days, because my flu became worse. I rested instead and tried to walk 10k steps a day. Jumping rope made my head and body ache too much while sick, but now I'm all recovered! I hope I can get a good work out streak now. Being sick made me lose my flow, but we're getting back into it! 💫

Have a nice week everyone! God bless.

Power Cal W2D1 done! I haven't worked out in a couple days because I was sick, but now I'm feeling better. So I thought let's kick off monday with the 2nd week of my challenge! Rough day, but this work out made me feel a lot better. :)

Hope you guys are having a good start of the week!

Power Cal W1D5 done! I'm focused on habit making at the moment, so no more feeling guilty for not being able to finish the whole 30 mins! 🥲 It was a tough one today, but I'm glad I showed up.

Hope you guys are having a great day! 💫

Had 2 rest days because of really sore muscles, too many for my liking and I felt kinda bad for not picking it up the day after... but hey, we're back at it again at least 😅 I did the cardio work out today mixed with calisthenics so that will make Power Cal W1D4 today! Did it right after work before dinner (such discipline, wow 😂) and im going to try to make it a habit!

Have a nice week everyone and good job!! 💪

Hi everyone! Long time no see! I decided to pick up the jump rope again and resubscribe to JRDTV. I've been in a bad rut and have finally decide to climb out of it and become as fit as I can be. (For real this time 🤣)

I have just finished day 2 of Power Cal 4 week program! I can't do the full 30 min workouts yet, but I'm pushing myself as much as I can. Hopefully I can get back on track with my stamina soon again and keep up with the full 30 mins.

For now I'm really glad to be back and reading all the community messages gives such a motivation boost. Have a great week guys! 😃

Hi guys! I wanna share a little personal milestone I reached, which is being consistent with jumping rope for a whole month! I took a lot of recovery days since I'm a beginner, but I'm really proud of myself that I pushed through and reached the end of the month.
I even learned a few tricks!! After a lot of whipping myself and tripping, I managed to learn a criss-cross, running criss-cross and a double under! (It may not look that smooth but I'm working on it haha). I can also notice my body changing as well as my stamina improving. Jumping rope taught me discipline, but I couldn't have done it without JRD. I learned so much and I'm ready to continue :)

For the month of September I wanna join in on the new program that is dropping next Monday. Who will be joining as well?

Hope you're all having a great week! 💙

Hi everyone! Thank you all so much for your feedback on my form in my last video post. Someone mentioned that having a side view of my form would be good, so here it is + I also managed to land a criss-cross for the first time! I struggled so much, but managed to capture it on video 😀 So yeah, I just wanted to share it and perhaps gather some more tips and advice from my fellow jumpers here. Hope you're having a wonderful weekend 😊

PS I just can't seem to stay in 1 spot while skipping, ill try do better next time! haha
