Nice! Which rope did you get?

Did you use bands for the pull-ups and chin-ups, Aletta, or did you replace them with dumbbell exercises?

Are you using Amp handles to count your jumps Michał?

I’m so happy for you that you’ve found the magic key to unlock your push-ups, Aletta! 🙌Well done!

I’m excited for you mate! Are you going to stick to the 1/4lb rope this time around?

Are those double-under?

Aletta Armee you’re very welcome! I’d love to hear how you go with the band-assisted push-ups, so please let me know!

Aletta Armee you can always do them with an exercise band. Start with a really thick one, and then move onto the thinner ones as you gain strength. Who cares if you don't ever get to the point of doing them without any assistance! Doing them with bands will most definitely help you to gain strength, and it will give you just as much benefit. You can also use the same bands for your push-ups (you mentioned that you struggle with those). Here's a YouTube video that shows you how to do band-assisted push-ups. Sidenote: the music in the video is the same music as Dan has in some of his JRD programs! 😆
