I hate my AMP handles. But I love ‘em too! 😜 Although they’re absolutely killing me, I love that they’re challenging me to push myself to up my intensity.

That said, I don’t think a pure cardio program is optimal or sustainable, and for me nothing beats the mix that programs like the dumbbell + jump rope brings. You’re a genius Dan Witmer! Keep those programs coming!

Nice mate! Bit of a change from your shed?

Thanks! That would be great.

Joe De Luca it’s chalk and cheese!

That looks like a great post-workout breakfast right there!

Getting into a routine is definitely the secret sauce!

Here in QLD Australia we do love our sheds, and in my case I’ve converted half of mine into a gym. My wife has her Pilates reformer bed in there, and we also have a treadmill. I’ve got my pull up rack and a bench press station, and I’ve also got gymnastic rings, which hang from the rafters. Then if course I have a section dedicated to jumping rope. The tv and Apple TV setup are the latest additions, and I must say it’s awesome to be able to see everything on a big screen instead of my phone.

Today I went to the Apple Store and bought a 4K Apple TV. When I was browsing through the App Store I came across JRD TV. Is that the same as the app? I tried to sign in, but it said I wasn’t registered. What I did manage to see were the daily workouts, but I’d like to get access to the paid programs, such as JRD Max, Dumbbell Program, Swole Samurai, etc.

I can get to these on my iPhone app, and I can also screen mirror to the Apple TV, but it would be nice to be able to run the app directly on the Apple TV.

Any suggestions, anyone?

Ah ok. Yeah, the Apple Watch doesn't do that (as far as I know).
