Dan Witmer, any updates on when the next shiny new program will be released? Word on the street is that you’re putting together a pull-up + jump rope program? 🙄

I thought that might not be possible. Although I have the AMP handles attached permanently, I only use the AMP app for pure cardio workouts. So I guess it won't kill me to have to tap start and end on the app.

Also, am I correct in saying that your name is pronounced Mee-hau? I assume the ‘ch’ is a hard ‘h’ sound, similar to the way Germans would pronounce ‘ich’, right?

Michał Tyburczy is military service compulsory in Poland?

Question to anyone here who uses the Amp handles: is there a way of starting and stopping a workout recording with just the button on the Amp handle? I’m aware that you can pause a workout by simple pressing the button on the Amp handle, but to stop the workout entirely, you need to do so on the app itself.

What would be great is if you could simply use the App handle button to start and stop a workout without even opening the App.

Are you an army reservist or something Michał Tyburczy?

That’s great advice James I , and it’s good that you were able to find a solution. I’m curious, though: plantar fasciitis usually manifests as heel pain, so how did you develop it if jumping rope typically involves the balls of the feet, not the heels?

Mate you might have to explain the concept of tea, as you're probably not referring to the type that you drink out of a bone china cup with your little pinky finger raised 😜

JRD Community Dudette, did you manage to look into this for me yet?

I'm sure no one needs to tell you to listen to your body, Aletta! Enjoy those recovery days!
