Aletta Armee thanks so much for sharing with me πŸ™πŸΌ I actually have thought about having resting says in between and jumping every second day. I am overweight and a bit scared of being setback by injury.

Thanks for the support! πŸ™πŸΌ Just finished Day 1 - feels so good ! Would you recommend the plyo 4 week program or the JRD90 program to start with? I am overweight and completely new :)

I am so excited to get started after trying on my own for a couple of weeks. I am starting out with the 7-Day beginner Challenge , and after that diving straight into JRD90 . πŸ₯³πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ™πŸΌ Anybody else tried those programmes ? πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜‡
