I really like the cardio + muscle gains i’ve seen from doing this program. I feel and look better than I did when I first started late March 2024. I’m now in round 2 of this program and can significantly tell the difference. I’m 5’7” and when I started, I was at 193 lbs, now I’m at 176. Still working on this ‘amazing’ dad bod; so far, I’ve had many family members saying ‘Have you lost weight?” which adds to the motivation to continue. Everyone has to find their daily ‘why’ to continue, for me I’m turing 49, and I want to be their for my kids in the long run. My top 3 keys to my successes so far is: 1) consistency, keep showing up on the JRD App, 2) finding a balance between family, work, and health goals, lastly and most importantly 3) being disciplined with my nutrition. For me, I believe to improve on the JRD App, is to bring more education and relationship insights surrounding food. I understand everyone is different so it would be a challenge. I also suggest a partnership with one of the top 10 Meal Prep Services to help achieve personalized goals who have a busy schedules and/or just starting.

What up Dan! The App provides great value and source of motivation for me. There’s so much content and programs I want to challenge myself with. The Community has been great and love seeing everyone’s commitment and energy.

My experience with JRD started last March when I looked at the mirror. Since then I’ve completed the Jump Rooe + Dumbell program and now in the Summer Challenge. I’m 14lbs down, but still working on this ‘amazing’ Dad Bod that I built up over the years of neglect.

I like the simplicity of a jump rope and a mobile app, where you can take it anywhere. I live off my calendar, so perhaps an iCalendar integration when you sign up for a program? Oppportunities to join live sessions for those doing the same program/challenge? Like or save button to refer back to a particular workout?

That’s all for now. Thanks for everything!
