I am torched and sore from day one. Love it!

That was tough today. I’m excited to have a new challenge.

Crossrope inadvertently saves a life (maybe). Quick story. I hit a jump roping milestone, 100 days or something this spring, I decided to reward myself with a Crossrope.

I thought I’d check eBay (I know, I’m cheap) and there was the size I needed. I bought it, they shipped it, it arrived and it was the wrong size, a small, so now I’m kicking myself for being cheap. I emailed the seller and she said she would gladly refund the money and then she told me about the night I bought her Crossrope.

She was excited when the notification came through that I had bought her Crossrope. She went to tell her husband that she had just sold something on eBay and she found him unresponsive. He was rushed to the hospital in time and ended up recovering from whatever it was. Anyway, she was overjoyed that the notification happened at just the right time to set things in motion to get help for her husband.

I ended up giving the Crossrope to my wife and now I have a devoted (and sexy) jumping partner.

It was fun to do double unders again. It’s been months but my timing is better and I can string more together.

I’m need to get in the habit of posting. For some reason that’s the hardest thing for me. Day 3 was tough, especially in a hot garage.

I finished it! That was my intro to jump rope and I had a blast doing it.

As someone who struggles with back pain, after 12 days of jumping rope I’m feeling good with no soreness in my back. Too soon to tell but I’m optimistic these workouts are fixing my back.
