Did all my jump rope. Never skipped a set, circuit or round. However, in the second and third rounds Starting from six, I had to alternate squat thrusts and burpees. Every odd I do squat thrusts, every even count I do burpees. Still kicked my butt but I made it through. I would suggest if you are struggling with burpees, just do squat thrusts. And overall, just do the thing.

Loco moco is fire. I don’t do Mac salad (though it’s tasty). Only one scoop rice, no gravy, extra over easy eggs. Sooooo good! (hi_kawai).
