After my workout yesterday, went right into Coaching basketball practice then a game. Forgot to post W1D3. Here is one of two posts.

How did tou like it? Want to start the jump rope + db program After this summer shred challenge. Notice any difference?

Yeah, changing ropes can be a chore when we don’t have much time. Megan that happens my rule is always stick with the heavier rope in the workout the entire time.

W1D2 done. Did the entire first round with 1/2lb. Wanted more of a challenge so did the rest with 1lb. Totally worth it. On to day 3.

It’s where I work (high school teacher and basketball coach). Thankfully found shade while after practice to do my workout. On to day 2.

W1D1 of Summer Shred. Good start to a great month of doing the thing.

Don’t expect excellence. Just keep doing the thing. I first started incorporating it at the gym. A few months later someone told me they paid attention and noticed my technique was better. It was cleaner with more vigor and speed. I didn’t think about getting better. Just did the thing and it naturally came. Keep doing the thing.
