Wk3 Day 4 dome. I'd previously been doing calisthenics, & this month have been combining with weights. I'm now in line with the plan, so day 5 today!

Well done to all those doing the challenge. I'm alternating it with the weights programme, so will take longer. Wk1 Day 4 done, loved it, so good for mental & physical health x

Completed Day 1 Wk 1 Power Calinesthics. Great half hour = Chalenging results (& very very sweaty!) Good luck all

Excited to begin. Certainly a challenge as in a bit of unrelated pain, but will give 100%! Best of luck all. We'll get there together
