1) cooking (maybe a limited series on home cooked meals)

2) how do you take care of your mental health

3) how can I get elderly parents, reluctant spouses, reluctant children to also exercise with me on my fitness journey

4) stretching/recovery/mobility/injury prevention series

Dan Witmer I was thinking 1 program incorporating both? Sometimes I mix it up and do some swings/presses/squats after a heavy rope interval but I think a structured program like the others you offer would be cool

Heavy ropes + kettlebells would be 🔥🔥🔥 please

Expect frustration at first.

Expect to sleep better at night after a week.

Expect to feel agile and mobile after two weeks.

Expect to feel unstoppable, lean, and like a stone cold badass after a few months.

WODs are killer. Burpees/1 min plank hold ended me.

Had to take a brief hiatus rehabbing from biceps tendinitis, couldn’t finish the dumbbell program in time

Are these WODs a good place to jump back in?

Legs are still sore af two days later. Solid workout.

Rest and recover. If it doesn’t improve soon doesn’t hurt to get it checked out. Hoping you bounce back quick buddy
