Day 1 done.

Was recently diagnosed as pre-diabetic (HbA1C of 5.8).

Goal by the end of this month is to reverse that, shed some LBs, and try to look good in my jeans.

Let’s go.

Not sure what’s going on but my calories burned are wayyyyy less than what Dan Witmer shows after a workout. Like 300+ calories difference.

M1/D1 Heavy Ropes ✅

Been traveling a lot with kids this summer, which had been fun, but my diet has been absolute high octane crap. Sleep hasn’t been great, energy levels sluggish come workout time, and rehabbing from shoulder injury has complicated things further. Feels like I regressed hard the last few months.

I can swing the rope ok, gets a little tight with heavier ropes but otherwise manageable.

Pushups and pull ups still hurt sadly. Squats and lunges are fine.

What up JRD fam,

Been a long time since I was here last. Been dealing with labral tears and biceps tendinitis in both shoulders which kind of derailed me. Rehab is going slowly but progress has been steady.

Looking to get back into doing the thing. Any suggestions for a good program to start with?

Happy to be back, cheers everyone!!
