Needed to Mix it up today and find a different type of workout. I enjoyed cruising along on this one. Ended up doing around 6,000 skips and it felt good 🔥

Nope. I count sets of 200 or 300 at a time and I just tally them on my board as I go. After every set I just write the total that I’m at. It takes maybe 5 seconds and I’m right into my next set.

That’s what I was thinking about doing again too… but I loved body torch so might do round 2 with it and then go back to dumbbell!

This is why I haven’t unvested in the amp handles…. I really wish I didn’t have to get the cross rope membership to use them!

When I first started doubles I did like you are doing, 1 DU followed by a few regular skips then another DU… I just kept adding 1 or 2 at a time til I could do 5,10,20 in a row… now i can knock out 100 in a row! It just takes time and it still shocks me to think that I started by only being able to do one at a time! Keep it up! You look great!!
