Power cal week 4 day 2 done today!! I know the new challenge just started but I started this program shortly after it dropped in September so just finishing it strong now!! I’ll start it over and do it again next week! Week 4 day 1 and 2 were a couple of burners!!! Loved this whole 4 week workout program. Can’t wait to go for round 2!

I’m back!!!!! After 9 days of a virus kicking my butt I was able to complete week 3 day one yesterday (Tuesday) for the calisthenics program!! I had to take all of last week off and then did a walk this Sunday and Monday to get my body working again. Finally got to jump yesterday. So great to feel good again! I’m a week behind where I would’ve been in program, but will still get it done. Happy to be back!

Well, after 2 weeks of calisthenics program I had to pause at start of week 3 (last Monday) due to my illness. Turned into a full week of no jumping. I was REALLY sick and still not 100 percent recovered. Went for a short 1.5 mile walk today and that was the first time I could do anything in a week. Still not feeling like myself but I am getting there. Will jump back into the program after my body is feeling back to normal. Going to try to work in short bits of jumping over the next few days as my body allows. Truly bummed out but physically no way I could’ve pushed my body to jump. Sometimes have to listen to the body. Feeling about 75% normal right now, hopefully over next few days I’m back to 100%. Hope everyone is staying healthy and doing the thing!

Hitting pause on week 3 Calisthenics this morning as I’m under the weather. Hoping to be able to feel better in 24-48 hours. Darn viruses! Will get back after it as soon as I am well. Have a great week everybody

Finished the first week of Power Calinstenics! Love it!! Does anyone else have week 2 and 3 and 4 not showing up now? When it first realeased I could see the first two weeks and then three videos in week 3 and week 4. Anyone know if week 2 will be up before Monday? I just see the 5 videos for week 1 now.

Week 1 day 1 of the power calisthenics complete! 💪🏼 this one looked not so challenging on paper, but boy was I wrong! 122 total push ups complete, lots of cardio, and I am gassed!! A good start to the new program!! Lovin it already!!

15 sec, 30 sec, 45 sec 60 sec sets today times 8. One of my favorite workouts to do, lots of cardio today!! Here is 1 min set I did towards the end. Nothing fancy just getting after it.

Got after it this week as I am starting the 3 month program of jumprope and dumbbell again!! Have done it two times through already and took a break from it for the summer shred challenge…. I can feel the burn!! Muscles are just the right amount of sore. Had an active rest here today as I went paddleboarding on the river. Overall a great first week back at the dumbbell program 💪🏼

Starting dumbbell and jump program for the third time today!! Took a little break from it and did summer shred for first two weeks in of july. Had a minor hand injury and couldn’t hold the rope so been out of jumping for a bit. Excited to get back to my daily jump routine today!!! I hate it when I can’t do it, but my hand is healed and I’m ready to roll!

Have completed the entire summer shred so far (through week 3 day 2) as of this morning. Unfortunately had a freak accident when cleaning glass shower doors in my house. One of the doors shattered and I sliced my left ring finger pretty deep at the top knuckle. Had to go to emergency room at hospital. Luckily no tendon damage (doctor said I was very close to cutting so deep that it damaged tendon) but doc had to stitch it up and splint it. Two week in the splint and then stitches come out. Cant grip the rope so can’t jump. Pretty bummed but also thankful could’ve been a lot worse… finish strong my friends. I will get back to skippin as soon as I’m able!!!
