I think it all depends on your body. For me, I can ONLY shred with HIIT. If I don't up the intensity, then I don't lose the stubborn belly, and arm fat. I'm 48 and going through menopause, but I've also been really athletic my entire life so I really know what works for me. I tend to alternate between Step, dumbbells, plyo, boxing, and jump rope. Each time I fall off and gain that 20 pounds, I switch up my routine to get the most effective results. Walking at a brisk pace for at least 45 minutes a day also helps. I advise to experiment because what works for me may not work for you.

I've also gotten great results by cutting sugar and hidden sugar because it causes inflammation and bloat. Try gradually decreasing processed sugars, dextrin, maltodextrin, and the "ose" ingredients. I'm sure with a little tweaking, you'll find your sweet spot.

Aletta Armee is right. I do regular bounce for most of it... no double unders, no boxer skip, no fast skip. I'll get there one day but for now, I'd rather get the workout done with correct regular bounce form than try to keep up with movements too advanced for me at this stage.

I'm in the same boat. I just do regular bounce and try run in place here and there. I'll let the others chime in but I'd say, go at your own pace no matter the program. Right now I'm finishing up the Summer Shred Challenge

This is especially important for those of us who have sit down jobs. Even when I stay at hotels, I try to take the stairs if I'm on floors 6 and lower.
