Question for JRD Nation: What JRD program is good to do when on vacation? I'm heading out of the country with family for 12 days but want to bring my 1/4 and 1/2 pound ropes. So far, I'm liking Summer Shred. What do y'all like if it's just ropes and you?

SS WK2 D4... Did The Thing between meetings. Wobbled on those jumping Lunges but that's weakness leaving the body. I'll o ly grow stronger with discipline. LET'S GO!!!

SS Wk2 D3... I needed that workout. I was absolutely dusted and had to dig deep for every move. If it wasn't a follow along video, I'm sure I would have cheated and piddled around for 40 minutes. Instead, I did the thing and now have sweat in my eyeballs. Than you so much for this awesome workout, Dan.
