My biggest challenge is getting enough protein into my daily eating. I try to get 100 grams but it's difficult. Any suggestions on good quality protein supplements to add to my food?

I put a resistance band around my elbows and am doing pushups to the ground with this assistance. It keeps my elbows close to the body. I’ll try this for a while until I get stronger.

I do inverted rows. I set up two chairs with a bar over them. Then I lay down and pull myself up from the ground. I also hang from the pull-up bar. These alternatives are very challenging even if it’s not the real thing.
