Started JRD MAX 4 days ago. I was jumping rope before, but not day after day.
Yesterday I started to feel my tibia bone of both of my legs and today it got worse.. need to stop the program for now ( with heavy heart ) and get back to 2-3 workouts per week. Hope to heal soon and get back to DOTHETHING!

Same with me.

I think this is because we never actually found a workout that we are feeling confident with.Β 

I've always struggled with working out, but when I started to jump rope I've noticed that finally I'm having fun!.. This is for me the only thing that matter. The rest will come.

Keep showing up every day, I believe that someday it will be an "autopilot habit"Β πŸ’ͺ
