Adding some thoughts:

For startes - you will never make everybody happy 😅

While I appreciate your personal approach, however if you want to expand/grow, you will probably have to involve more people to help you.

Also, lots could be improved with the app; design and overall 'map' of different sections (e.g nutrition, well-being, daily activities, monthly challenges, 3-months programmes, etc.).

As for your suggestion on an academy (excellent idea!), you've to decide whether this is something 'live'/zoom or partially offline offering a week of activities and nutrition + online meetings where you can take stock/progress etc. I assume, this will be more 'labour's intensive', hence more expensive and perhaps, available only for a closed group, e.g. 10 people who really want to focus on getting fit/slim/etc.

All depends on how much you want to 'invest' in your way forward.

I really enjoy the mix of rope and weights. I found it a bit monotonous repeating one week of the same routine for a month. So I add my own exercises with dumbells 💦💥

Great if you could do a monthly routine with different exercises every day 🤩

Dan, I’ve a question… there’s a lot of talk about cardio not being good for weight loss (especially for women) as it creates stress, thereby increases cortisol - any thoughts on this?
