I’ve been doing exercises and stretching, bought good footwear. It seems to be improving overall, just been taking a long time. (I’ve had it for a year and a half now. But to be fair, only been taking it seriously in the last 3 months or so).

I’ll try rolling it out with a ball as well. Thanks

Just finished JRD 90 W4D1.

Had to break it up into 2 workouts because of time, but glad I got through it.

Today was a tough workout!

Been off sick for the past 2 weeks (did a few workouts last week, but not full intensity as I was still sick), but getting back to it today.

Was a tough workout, needed more rest than usual, but feels great to get back to the routine!

JRD Community Dudette good point on the bbq sauce and the calories.

I made this the other day (without the sriracha, steak seasoning, and onions) and it was still pretty good. But I can see how these would add some nice flavour

Any suggested alternatives for sriracha if you want it less spicy? Would a bbq sauce work?
