And done! Like the jump only days!

I trend to trip quite a bit, can it be that the rope is too long? I started with medium ropes years ago and I have improved my jumping

Keep it going! I did modify as well and it still gives an awesome workout. HNY to you too

WK d1 complete! What a start of the year. Did modify somewhat, push up with the knees touching the ground, and no jump lounge but regular one. I am coming back from a lower back injury so don’t want it to push to hard at the beginning. But boy what a work out, like it! And so nice is can be done in Roughly 30 minutes. Easy fit in me daling routine.

Sounds like fun! But so many things on the list…. Just started the JRD90+dumbell (love it), so guess I will do the Jan session with the community first and then restart the dumbell programme in Feb.Sounds good to me! Like the idea of doing this All together.

Just did 100 push up, not full ones, but from the knees. Boy can I feel those! Curious to see how the push ups will go after the completion of this program. I like the versatility, jumping but also adding Some stength training. Everything to make it happen in 2025, Lets goooo

Many thanks! But you still like the workout with this jumper? I am eying the SpinJumper but expected the locking mechanism to be solid. May end up waiting for SpinJumper 2.0 ….

I have seen people using the ropeless in combination with the SpinJumper, looks fun and great for the coordination. What do you think about the locking mechanism of the SpinJumper?

Many thanks Stephen for the heads up! Lucky for me I am not new to jumping, hence the dumbbell program should be fine for me. I have had a crossrope membership for 2 years, recently didn't renew, and choose this membership one for 2025 instead 😁. Not a daily jumper yet, but I will try my best for 2025 to be one!

Dialyse mission completed, “just” used 3.2kg ybells…. But boy nice workout! Feel energized but tired.
