Just finished week 3 day 2 of DB+JR. What a great workout. Got hit with some disappointing news, my triglycerides shot up 25 points to 175. Not sure what I need to fix. I eat from Clean Eatz a ton, but I tend to choose Mac and cheese meals. I also use some orange juice in my smoothie (yogurt, protein powder and some juice to blend it up). I’ve also been going nuts on homemade chipotle bowls and use a ton of bison and ground beef. But my soda intake has been increasing, as has my latte intake. I make my lattes at home using Fairlife whole milk. I feel like my exercise is good, since I’m doing a jump rope program in addition to walking on my desk treadmill at work for about an hour and also walk at lunch plus getting in a swim lately. I also take psyllium husk and fish oil. Not sure where to start my tweaks. Being 45 sucks! I thought I was killing it since I’ve been losing weight.

DB + JR program W3D1- I think this is my favorite workout of the week. I’m using bands because I’m nursing a shoulder injury, still effective!

Skipped over to day 5 of the JR + DB program, since I typically can only get in 4 workouts a week. Hopefully I can squeeze in day 4 on Saturday, but i might pick a swim instead then. Loving the program.

Day 1 week 1 of JR and DB! This was fun! The workout flew by! I tweaked my shoulder some weeks back and it’s still super weak, I’m not in pain (only hurts when I lift), so have to go a little lighter than I’d like on some moves. But I’m a sweaty mess right now and I love it.
