Honestly, do you need them: no

Are they fun to have :yes.

It helps when trying to beat a past record, or want to increase your speed.

But basically just an extra dose of dopamine when your doing your workout.

I Love it, but can't do Pull-ups, and my push-ups are weak.

Just finished Day 2 week 7 of JRD90

5 squats 10 ab crunch and 30 jumps 1/2...

the hardest part was getting up after the crunches.  hardest exercise, activated the core and the legs... and in my case the arms too (needed an extra push to help me get up)

Every Morning I don't want to get up, (I train first thing in the morning)

But after my session, can't wait for the next one.

Yhea that's I'm doing JRD90, Glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's hell.

every morning I wanted to Tak an off day. Every morning decided to go through with it. Glad I did.

Not looking forward to tomorrow, But still glad it's coming.

just finished week 6 of my 90 days program.

What the hell! Burpees and Ab crunches!?!

What happened to the days when I thought push-ups were hard.

Still doing the thing!

Hey guys 

Took a week off after week 5 of the JRD 90 days program. Went on vacation to London... and brought my rope. Love the morning light workouts.

90 Day Program  diary from a man out of shape.

Week 3 day 1

Not the same 90 day program as everybody else but I’m still hanging in there. Just finished day one.

 To be honest, didn’t wanna get up this morning. Today was a day off from work. Still pulling myself out of bed and finish the workout.

The push-ups are getting a little bit better.Still wish I had. But doing what I can.

Still doing the thing
