Out of curiosity, what is the basic speed you jump at?
The AMP says that when I push a usually reach 160
With the 1/4
Reg jump I try to keep a pace of 140
Running goes to 150

Week 1, day 4 done β
Week 3 Day1 done! It was nice to get my workout in mid morning since Iβm off today. Decided to play around with weighted squats and pulses. Itβs raining, so it was nice to workout in the garage with the garage door open watching the rain. Got a great sweat! Crush the week JRD fam!
W3D1 smashed! Decided since Iβm off today to get it in at daybreak and man it was nice and cool out this morning πͺreally starting to get back in the groove
Had to mix in some kettle ball swings to break up those squatsβ¦

Fully back at it this week even managed to fit in a couple workouts today 4k with the 1lb and 1k with the 2lb ready to get back into a program tomorrow think of the dumbbell program
