I have a Question.

Out of curiosity, what is the basic speed you jump at?

The AMP says that when I push a usually reach 160

With the 1/4

Reg jump I try to keep a pace of 140

Running goes to 150

What about you guys?Β

Week 3 Day1 done! It was nice to get my workout in mid morning since I’m off today. Decided to play around with weighted squats and pulses. It’s raining, so it was nice to workout in the garage with the garage door open watching the rain. Got a great sweat! Crush the week JRD fam!

Fully back at it this week even managed to fit in a couple workouts today 4k with the 1lb and 1k with the 2lb ready to get back into a program tomorrow think of the dumbbell program
