W3D2 in the books. I was feeling good so I added a 20 min jump with Dan before the stretches 😎 only managed 70 pushups though but trying to remember once upon a time I couldn’t do 10!

Just finished week 2 day 1 and day 2 of autumn challenge! I got done with day 1 yesterday morning and forgot to post! Just wrapped up day 2 now. Week 2 day 2 is supposed to be the recovery stretching routine, however my body felt great so I did my fave workout (just 4k skips) but stopped every 1,000 skips to do 4-5 min of stretching. Got a good jump and stretch session in but had a great workout! Ready for week 2 day 3 tomorrow! Do the thing people!

G’day JRD Athletes

The final day of the 3 month Heavy Rope Program has come to an end.

I would have to say that this was definitely the most difficult JRD workout program I’ve ever undertaken.

Skipped over to shredded ninja HIIT. Just needed to jump today. Week 2 day 2 or 3 actually of AAC. I can’t do double unders or criss cross to save my life! Definitely need to practice those. Southpaw is coming along. Keep crushing it JRD fam!
