M1D3 Max is done for the day! The jump rope and calisthenics felt great today, and I hit 15s dead hangs for the chin up portion. My left hand was reeeeally trying to give out during the last few sets, but I made it all the way through! Happy Wednesday dudes and dudettes!

This may be my fave workout for this month! Got a good sweat in, and felt motivated to do some double unders. It’s been a while, but I managed 32! I’d love to see some other dudes and dudettes share their DUs too!

Week 4 Day 5 done! Challenge has officially been completed!! What a difference from day one until now. I can really feel that my overall fitness level has increased. I can even see a significant drop in my resting heart rate! I'm pretty excited about continuing this journey!! DTT

Had a friend visit from out of town for the weekend and had a couple days of active rest with some long walks! Back at the challenge tomorrow for week 4! Cant wait!
