Took a quick trip to Hawaii to surf and make JRD videos. This is some of what ate (the app doesn’t let you post more than one pic). Not pictured is LOTS of mahi mahi and poke. I was too hungry every time to take a photo lol. But basically… I ate good and well and still came back leaner. Prioritized my portion, didn’t eat many processed carbs, and kept my body in motion. It’s not complicated you just have to be consistent. And it doesn’t have to suck! I wanna travel, explore other cultures, eat their food, exercise, and still hit my goals. Why can’t you have it all!? Pictured here is Hawaiian dish loco moco. Rice. Two burgers. Mac salad. 4 eggs. Can you say GAINZZZ!?

Wow, I guess I forgot how hard the Power Plyo workouts are. I just finished M1W1D3 and I nearly killed me! 😅I haven’t been nauseous doing a workout since I don’t know when but I was today. And it wasn’t from drinking! I don’t drink. 😂🏝️😎💪🏼Keep having a great week all.

On month 2 of dumbbell program (the second time)… did the 4k skip today which is my favorite workout…. AND I beat Dan’s challenge of 4k in under 30 minutes… I did it in 29 min 19 seconds!! Feeling pretty proud this morning!!!! 👏🏼 I had the video going along with Dan and just kept trying to get further ahead. It felt awesome!

Took my monthly measurements this morning. Last month my focus was more on walking and weight training with dumbbells. A also took care of my nutrition. I lost 18 cm total this month and almost 1,5 Kg. Very pleased 😄

Beautiful sunny days are not common in the Netherlands, so if we have one of those days, like today we can't resist. I had a bad start of the day because of my hormones and bad sleep. I had the work, but lucky me we finished early. Now I can spend some time with doing nothing and refill my battery again. Maybe go for a walk in the evening and feel better again tomorrow.
