Month 2 day 5 workout never disappointed! Stats for today:
1k skips with the 1/4 pound in 7 min
5 min for 50 pushups
1k skips 1/2 pound in 8 min
3 sets of 30 sec plank
1k skips with 1 pounder in 10 min.
Whole work out complete in just under 34 minutes with rest time included!
M2D2 of heavy ropes is done done done! Felt really fast today, and am rewarded with buckets of sweat! 😅
