WK4, D2 - EASILY the hardest WOD of the bunch for me.

Respectfully Diane, I've got both sweat AND words 😜

Most of them have 4 letters and speak flagrantly against the agonizing abomination that is Double Unders.

Wouldn't take many guesses on a Wordle to figure them out...

I'll second the endurance Shameaka mentioned.

Felt throughout my days and throughout the workouts I've got way more in the tank.

Especially moving into Week #3.

The difference between surviving the workouts versus enjoying them.

That said, I'm seeing the double under gauntlet workouts tomorrow and Thursday ....

Nothing silly today.

Highlight has been doing the challenge with others.

Love that positive peer pressure and the silly posts and puns.

Challenge has been my lack of coordination with some of the jumps.

THE Dude himself - Dan the man - looks like an absolute boss in the videos.

I, on the other hand, do not.

Not yet.

More reason to finish the challenge up and do the thing.
