I feel your pain :( I hyperextended my knee and had to recover. If you have ropeless versions they saved me from going insane been slowly keeping up with the program done day 2 to 5 today to catch up for the week and I feel like a dead man ahaha . Hope you get better soon

With the heavy rope program will we be able to access on the 14th of July our time (Australian) or will we have to wait the next day ?

I haven’t posted in awhile unfortunately lost all my progress and am debated I had to stop the dumbell program cause of ligament damage in my knee physio said I can start to do light exercise but even walking is a struggle any one have any suggestions how to get back in the meantal groove of things

7:40am- week 2 day one of the dumbell program completed! Realised I got my days mixed (coming off night shift) thinking it was Monday) will continue u to smash this week out a day early and make up with a needed rest day when needed.

Currently 2am am finally having my dinner for the night (work 10-6am) any one have any fav meals: they can recommend that’s not to heavy sitting on the stomach ?

Doing something different for today not one to ever flex but smashed out day five and loving the dumbell program, of course got a long way to go but steady progress daily :), one tip I wanted to share for those that either binge food or snacks one think I noticed that helps me keep my nutrition on track is to keep a mint breath spray on hand I have it when I’m craving sugar or sweets and I noticed my brain sorta tricks its self like I just cleaned my teeth and takes away a lot of the craving since eating and brushing your teeth never tastes good. Hope everyone keeps smashing their workouts and keep doing the thing
