It's down to what you're comfortable using. I tend to go for lbs as you can see changes weekly. Hopefully more down than up! Also easier to use if you want to calculate BMI etc.

Carl Harrower I went from 235lbs to about 194lbs over about 3 months. Clean eating and jump rope 5 times a week. Do a fair bit of walking over the weekends. If you put your mind to it you can drop weight pretty quickly.

Carl Harrower I started back in 2021 - going well till I caught Covid around Xmas that year. Struggled through 2022 but managed to kick on again from about Feb this year. I love the JRD programmes - they suit any age and any fitness, you just need to be consistent. I'm always messing up - never worries me, kust keep at it!

Cheers Joe. Been a whole since I've posted - used to be under Tommy Washington on the old Facebook group. Hope you are well. Last post was Dec 2021. Caught Covid and ended up having a bad 12 months as a result. Hit the ropes big time this year and fingers crossed all is going well. Loving these new workouts.
