WEIGHTS QUESTION…
I’m looking to get back in to Jump Rope after 8 months off, but I want to work on getting stronger in the arms and get a bit of muscle too.. I don’t have access to a gym as I don’t have time.. what weights could I get at home to help me build some muscles while skipping too?

Thank you 🙏 yeah I got resistance bands but didn’t think they would do much being so flimsy 🤣🤣 I think I might just get a few sets of dumbbells and work my way up maybe 🤔
