Welcome back Kari! I’m originally from Calgary but am now in Ottawa. I know that you can do this; you’ve already shown this with JRD MAX. And for what it’s worth, I have arthritis in my feet, knees, and hands and jump rope does not bother me at all! Have fun doing the thing!

Victor Havel , you do you! When I moved to shorter ropes I started being able to do things I never could before, and I started it all off by tying knots in the ropes.
