Hey, welcome all to Month 2 of JRDB! I got started on the right day this week so we’re off to a good start. With the variety of DB exercises today, I had to use 3 weight sets: 17.5 for curls/press, 15 for front shoulder raises and 10 for flys. Also did my obligatory 2000+ jumps to actually surpass 50,000 jumps this month which equals another PR!! 🥳😅
