This is such a humbling program, especially for people who still think that JR is a warmup. 😅This program is also meant for creating and smashing PRs! Never have I ever done a 4000 jump workout before, but today I did! And it was not anywhere n ar as gruelling as I expected. As you can see, I took just over 40 min to complete, but now I have a goal of beating 40 min next week. And a great cardio blast! I love it!!

Hey dudes, I have another question. After completing JRDB Month 2, Day 3, I have a question regarding DB forward lunges…….is it more effective to do stationary lunges or walking lunges. I do walking lunges as part of my regular warmup and wanted to do the same in the WOD. I actually did 1 set of walking and 2 of stationary. Any advice Dan? Anyone?

That’s awesome Olivia! I agree that it really does feel great to finish one of these programs and then have to make the tough decision of what to do next! JRD90 is a great choice.

Takes a while to adapt to the new length but it will happen, probably sooner than you think. Your skipping will be much more efficient and easier with a better sized rope. According to the charts, I should be using a Small rope but I actually use a XS rope and I love it!

Awesome jump day. When I was about half way through the 1 min sets I had a feeling I wouldn’t make 3000 jumps in the allotted time so I added one extra 1 min set in and ended up with 3142 jumps! I shouldn’t have doubted my self but once I committed to the extra set, I had to Do The Thing!
