Two CVS whey protein shakes with about 4 oz fruit in each and almond milk (breakfast and lunch) Dinner is flexible. Totals about 509 calories. Try to limit to 1800 calories per day and avoid bread and pastas. No alcohol. Avoid eating in front of tv. Lots of water

I agree that using the ropes ropes requires a bit of of slowing down. Otherwise they seem to spin out of control.

I was using 1lb “rope”; my regular work out weight. Takes some practice to control the spin so that handles stay parallel to body as the centrifugal (?) force seems to want to bring the handles out of the plane of your body. Also they ropes seem to spin faster than if I was using a real 1lb rope, so need to pay attention to skipping at same pace. Overall, useful as I travel a bit and can never be sure if the fitness room have high enough feelings with the winter weather they are coming in very handy.
