JDM1W1D5: I was sick for a few days and Iām now back finishing the first week of the dumbbell program. Amazing how stamina can slack off with just a few days of not working out.
I just about finished day three of week four of month three in JD Max for the first time I did 4000 jumps in one session. I was jealous of all of the people doing the dumbbell program and thought Iād see how it feels to hit that number.
