M1/ week4/ day 2: santa brought me some one minute rotations without stopping towards the end of the sessions. Goes to show that warming up is critical. Also Iโm tightening core more and working on posture
Month 1/week 3 days 3 and 4: finished pushups today and then went on to day 4 (gauntlet). Using 1/2 pound rope. Finishing most of the minute increments without stopping (better than last week) but still need longer rest intervals than video provides. Good start/stop function on watch. . Improvement on boxer step and one-legged jumps.
