Finished fist week of Max program. Taking longer per session than video timing but I’ll catch up with shorter rest intervals. Some soreness from upper body exercises but that too shall pass.

Day 4 of Max:
I didn’t have enough time to finish all of four so I did about half and today I returned and did the whole thing so I guess that’s one and a half days. I found that if I use the half pound roll I can actually complete the entire time. Perhaps it’s because I’m jumping a little more slowly. Trade-off between work out on the arms and number of jumps?

Day 3: work schedule caused me to skip day. Moved from 1/4 lb rope to 1/2 pound rope. Used wall for last set of air squats. 17 total chinups

Just finished day two. I finished all eight courses but had to break up the 45 second and 60 second segments although I was pretty close to finishing the 45 seconds. I also took some longer breaks than the 10 second intervals. I think it has more to do with my breathing than anything else which I will work on.

Today was the first day of the 90 day max program. It took me longer than The actual duration of the video as I needed some longer breaks in between the jump rope portion. However, I got it done and I’m looking forward to tomorrow.

New phase
I have lost 25 pounds over 6 months on 1800 calories per day and peloton about 4 days a week and occasional jumping. I am going to start the Max program on Monday
