I was using 1lb β€œrope”; my regular work out weight. Takes some practice to control the spin so that handles stay parallel to body as the centrifugal (?) force seems to want to bring the handles out of the plane of your body. Also they ropes seem to spin faster than if I was using a real 1lb rope, so need to pay attention to skipping at same pace. Overall, useful as I travel a bit and can never be sure if the fitness room have high enough feelings with the winter weather they are coming in very handy.

M2/w2/d4: 2000 jumps with 1/2 lb rope and 200 with 1 lb rope

M2/w2/day3: I did 2000 jumps but burned proportionally less calories in 30 second increments than yesterday when I was between 45-60 second increments. I assume heart rate at 39 second increments vwas lower

M2/w2/d2: 20 minutes of actual jumping (45 second average: about same rest in between ); 2500 jumps.

And when using amp handles, be sure you have the correct rope weights get indicated

m2/w2/d1: finished with the body exercise section and did 830 free style jumps (thanks ampnhandles for the jump count)
