Ha--I pass!ย  : )ย

Maybe someone is savvier than I am but I use two different devices. I follow along w JRD on a laptop or a tablet and log my jumps on Crossrope on my phone. Works fine if Iโ€™m at home but canโ€™t really do it if Iโ€™m in the park, etc.

Looking good to me, man! And any glitches in your form will probably autocorrect just by keeping at it.

I feel like the key with any cardio endurance is thinking about something else! Nice work!

Same! I went a little conservative on the push-ups and did 8 each time but 10 each in the last round for an even 100. Was afraid I wouldnโ€™t keep up doing more next time Iโ€™ll try 10 each set.

Iโ€™ll be happy to do it twice. ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ˜„

Chris is right. I had a set of handles break and Crossrope replaced them for free. They will ask questions about how it happened, but if you weren't throwing it on the ground or leaving it out in the rain, they will likely replace it for free. They expect that the ropes themselves eventually wear out, but the handles should not break like that.

I always follow the chart for sizing and itโ€™s been good for me!

Yeah I've been putting a band-aid on every morning over a part of my left thumb that gets blisters from doing longer sets with heavier ropes. Battle scars!
