Haha. Yes when I was learning DUs I was so covered in bruises. My friends were concerned lol.

IMHO the 2-pounder is tough. The go-to is the 1/4-pounder. If you’re just learning, the 1/2-pound is good bc you can feel it coming but still harder for longer reps.
