Awesome!!!! Not an expert but to my eye: you are not doing anything wrong. You’re just going to mess up a lot when you’re starting out. You’ll improve every day as long as you don’t let yourself get frustrated. I don’t see any glaring form errors. Stick with it!!! Gains come quick if you keep at it. ❤️❤️

Me too. Summer heat is tough for me, and this weather is PERFECT.

Shelly Bynum aw you are nice to ask! Yes, I’ve actually been in Vermont for a bit but my apartment building and immediate area in Brooklyn did ok. What a mess though.

I believe a jumprope and dumbbell program is coming very soon, so hang on for that if it piques your interest!

My two cents: Don't get super bogged down in staying exactly strict with the programs if you can't. Sure, they're designed to be five workouts per week, but if that's too much for you, it's too much. Be where you are. Also, if you see a workout that looks too challenging for that moment, put a pin in it and pick another one that you know you like or hits muscles you want to hit. I'd say just do something to stay consistent. Any workout is better than no workout!
