Since today's video is not quite right (day 4 of sleigh the scale), I subbed in an EMOM I like from JRDMax. There are two great ones. I did month 3 day 1 so that I got some push-ups. Also—Shelly’s instructions below will help if you just want to stick to today’s vid. Just do a thing—really any thing! 💪❤️

Day 3 of Sleigh the Scale. Managed 3 really good unassisted chin-ups each time for a total of 30. Progress on chins and pull-ups has been slow, but it comes with time! Used to be able to do zero! I was definitely not doing 30 when I did JRD Max Month 1, so this is so encouraging Also...for anyone who has room in a basement or a workout room, I recommend the pull-up bar Dan has. It's made by Cap Strength. It takes up a lot of room, so it's not for everyone, but it's so sturdy. I dig it.

After having made it 3+ years without getting Covid, I got it from a Thanksgiving houseguest and was knocked flat for the past week despite having had every possible shot. I even had to cancel a really fun trip. Annoying! But I’m better just in time to start the new challenge. Let’s gooooo! ❤️💪🤓

I will finish Power Plyo on Thursday of this week, and I'm thinking about jumping into Swole Samurai next. It's the only program that I haven't done yet, so...why not? Anybody else here done it? I feel like all my heavy ropes don't get used much, so...time to bust them out, I think!

W3D5 of power plyo. This was a crazy tough one! Going from DUs into push-ups to start each circuit was a doozy. I didn’t realize how much you use your entire body to do those dubs until it was tough to get my usual number of push-ups right after. But like I told Shelly Bynum , it’s supposed to be hard! Pushed through and feel great.

Power plyo week 3 day 3 done. Flying back East this afternoon but got this in before the long travel day. These power plyo workouts are so fun. Loving them. ❤️😀💪✈️✈️✈️

I’m in Minneapolis visiting family this week where it is cooooolllllld! But I’m getting it done and having some fun. One more day of week 2 power plyo! 😎💪❤️

No, I did not. Not even close lol. Best I did both today and yesterday was 55. I have done 80 with a lighter rope (this video is with the crossrope 1/4-pound) but couldn’t get in a rhythm with the lighter one this week and kept messing up. I’ll try again next week!! Happy weekend, friends!
