Week 1 Day 3 of power plyo and finding it a ton of fun. I got my new covid vaccine and flu shot yesterday afternoon and was expecting to be laid up in bed all day today, but...I feel completely fine. Go figure. So maybe I'll play hooky from work, but you know i had to do my workout! Haha. : ) Let's goooo! : )

Finished SN last week. Loved it! Feeling very strong and very fit. Started power plyo today. Excited. And inspired by Jessica Huntington I wanted to see how many DUs I could do post work-out. I had the bright idea to try doing DUs with my 3-ounce rope and guess what? It is infinitely easier than doing them w the 1/4-pounder. Go figure. I did 80! I think my record w the 1/4-pounder was 55. Now I wanna do 100!

Woke up with lots of things on my mind after a crappy night's sleep, BUT...crushed Day 1 of the final week of Shredded Ninja and now feel much better. 6-minute sets three times? No problem! 50 push-ups in 3-minutes three times? Bring it! Felt great. Now to conquer other b.s. lol.

Just completed week 11 of shredded ninja. Def feeling way stronger in every way from this program. It’s a tough one but worth it. One more week!

Back to Brooklyn rooftop workouts this week. Beautiful weather. This is day 1 of week 10 SN. Did not get 25 push-ups every time, for sure, but still 160 push-ups total fit the workout. (As prescribed would be 225!!! Daaaang!! Getting there!) 🫶🤓❤️💪

I work out every single morning by 7:15AM at the very latest, but today was not able to do it and so I just snuck in an afternoon workout since I'm working at home and had a break. Here is what I learned: I hate working out in the afternoon haha. But I'm glad I did it!
