Some insanity took over this morning and i did todays WOD twice through but no jumping lunges 2nd go-round. I’m sure I’ll regret it later as my quads and glutes are burnin’! I will now be sitting at a desk all freaking day though so felt I needed to get some energy out and some calories burned. Let’s get it! ❤️🤓

It had been a while since I busted out the 1-pounder. Was fun. Enjoyed this one although it took me longer to do 50 quality push-ups than I thought it would🤷🏻‍♂️. Let’s get it! 😎💪✌🏻

My two fave “extra” workouts are jumprope and dumbbells with Dan, and jumprope and abs with Brandon (the one with the 1/2lb rope he does in his garage). Yesterday was dumbbells with Dan and today abs with Brandon. I’m back in Vermont for two weeks where it has been below zero temps but it’ll “warm up” to about 30 today so I can go for a snowy walk. Happy to report that after putting on a few pounds over the holidays, I’ve shed the weight already. Back on track. Let’s go, peeps!! ❤️❤️😎😎🤓🤓💪💪❤️

Tabata on my hotel balcony in Arizona. Averaged 25 DUs each time for a total of 500. Awwww yeah. Will do a long hike this afternoon, then a long-ass travel day tomorrow. Let’s get it, peeps! 🤓❤️😸

On vacation in Arizona where we are doing 2-3 hours of hiking in the afternoons. So I’m only adding in my morning workouts on days when the weather is not good enough to hike. So I’m doing a thing even if it’s not the thing haha. Happy Saturday, everyone!

Tuesday tabata! Didn't get to my goal of 450 total DUs in the workout, but improved from 420 last time to 430 this time. Doing 30 every time is hard! I just tried to concentrate on my form and not get in my head that it was difficult. We'll see if I can improve upon 430. Time will tell. I'll be back in NYC again starting tomorrow, so it'll be freezing cold early morning workouts in Prospect Park for me. Who's in? : )

Beast of a WOD today. Loved it! New record for me: 6 good consecutive pull-ups. Got 8 both rounds but short breather after 6. That’s major progress. Let’s get it, peeps!!! ☀️☀️😎😎❤️❤️

Total of 420 DUs in this Tabata. Went between doing 25 and 30 every 20-second interval. Goal is to get 30 every time. Feeling pumped up! Let’s get it! ✌🏻✌🏻❤️❤️😎😎💪💪
